How it works
Four steps, no runaround

Call and tell us where you are
Mile marker, lease road, county road, a pin dropped in your phone — whatever you have. Then tell us what the truck is doing and what it was doing right before it quit.

We tell you straight away what happens next
Some things get fixed where the truck sits. Some things need a bay. You will know which one you are dealing with on that first call, not two hours later.

The service truck rolls
Ours, lettered, stocked, out of whichever of the three shops is closest to you. One customer had us out at two in the morning at twenty below, two and a half hours away.

You roll
Fixed on the shoulder if it can be, towed to the shop if it can't. Either way you get told what it was and what it cost — no mystery line items.

What we get called out for
Winter is the busy season for this out here. Gelled fuel and a dead battery at thirty below is a different job than the same fault in July, and we plan for it.
