Privacy policy
The short version: we use what you send us to fix your truck and to talk to you about fixing your truck. Nothing else.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, phone number, an email address if you give one, which shop you selected, what the job is, and whatever you write in the message.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, driver's licence numbers or any other sensitive identifier through this website.
How we use it
Only to get back to you about the repair you asked about, and to schedule and carry out that work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us about a broken truck.
Who else sees it
This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions pass through Netlify's form handling before they reach us. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We will disclose information if a law or a valid legal request requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded Google Maps frames on the locations and contact pages are served by Google and may set their own cookies when you interact with them — that is Google's processing, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing the customer relationship and for the record-keeping any business needs. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the shop and say so — there is no form to fill out for this.
Children
This is a commercial truck repair website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept it.
